sublime text 2のPreferences.sublime-settingsを日本語化。

とりあえず、ざっとファイルをそのまま日本語化。
2012-09-10追記： ほぼ終わったけど、OS Xオンリー設定は未訳。すみません。

英語の説明を踏まえつつ、動作を説明する文章に書き換えたりしてます。
誤訳とかひどい有様だろうけどとりあえず公開しておきます。
